How do I renew or upgrade my subscription?
If you are already a subscriber and you take out a new subscription, there are three possible cases.
In any case, if you subscribe with PayPal, don't forget to cancel the previous subscription as indicated here.
If your new subscription is equal to your current subscription, it is a renewal. Your new subscription will start at the end of your current subscription. There will be no interruption of your bots.
On January 1st I'm taking out a 1 month Bronze subscription. On January 20th I take out a 1 month Bronze subscription again. The new subscription starts at the end of the current subscription. I am a Bronze subscriber from January 1st to March 1st without interruption.
If your new subscription is higher than your current subscription, it is an upgrade. Your new subscription will start as soon as your payment is validated. The current subscription will be stopped.
On January 1st I am taking out a 1 month Bronze subscription. On January 20th I take out a Silver subscription for 1 month. The new subscription starts as soon as the payment is validated. I am a Bronze subscriber from January 1st to January 20th and a Silver subscriber from January 20th to February 20th.
The objective of this system is to be able to immediately benefit from the advantages of higher subscriptions.
What about the 10 Bronze days that were lost?
Contact support to receive a voucher code corresponding to the 10 days Bronze subscription in Silver (10 days Bronze = 3 days Silver).
If your new subscription is less than your current subscription, it is a downgrade. Your new subscription will start at the end of your current subscription. There may be an interruption of your bots, if you have more bots than your new subscription.
