If you are already a subscriber and you take out a new subscription, there are two possible cases.

Your new subscription is equal to or less than your current subscription

If your new subscription is equal to or less than your current subscription, it is a renewal. Your new subscription will start at the end of your current subscription. There will be no interruption of your bots.

On January 1st I'm taking out a 1 month Bronze subscription. On January 20th I take out a 1 month Bronze subscription again. The new subscription starts at the end of the current subscription. I am a Bronze subscriber from January 1st to March 1st without interruption.

Your new subscription is higher than your current subscription

If your new subscription is higher than your current subscription, it is an upgrade. Your new subscription will start as soon as your payment is validated. The current subscription will be stopped. Contact support to receive a credit note for the lost current subscription.

On January 1st I am taking out a 1 month Bronze subscription. On January 20th I take out a Silver subscription for 1 month. The new subscription starts as soon as the payment is validated. I am a Bronze subscriber from January 1st to January 20th and a Silver subscriber from January 20th to February 20th. I contact support to receive a credit note for the 10 days of Bronze subscription lost.

The objective of this system is to be able to immediately benefit from the advantages of higher subscriptions.
