When creating a trading strategy, it often happens that several cases need to be taken into account. This is the role of branches that we will see in this article!

A branch to two different paths allows a strategy to go in one direction or another depending on this or that condition. To make a branch, simply add several transitions, and add the desired conditions after these transitions. When executing, the bot will choose the direction of the first valid condition. If both conditions are valid, it will choose the first one that has been connected by a transition during the creation of the strategy. You can of course create a branch with more than two different paths.

Example

A branch to two different paths

In this example:
- if the price is above 5000 at the beginning, the bot will choose the top path, and send a sell order.
- if the price is below 5000 at the beginning, the bot will choose the bottom path, and send a buy order
