Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

In your account settings, click the 2FA button.

On the popup, please scan the QR code with your compatible application, and take care of emergency codes.

I have lost access to my two-factor application, how to regain access to my account?

Contact support immediately, giving as much information as possible about your account (subscription status, number of bots and strategies created, names of the bots and strategies, ...) so that the team can confirm or deny your ownership on the account.

If real bots have been created and real APIs have been added, you will be asked for a proof of identity.

If the team cannot confirm your ownership on the account, the recovery request may be denied.
