You subscribed with PayPal

By subscribing with PayPal, you have signed up for automatic renewal. You can cancel the subscription directly from your PayPal account.

Go to your PayPal account in the recurring payments section https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/.

In the left-hand column, look for Botcrypto then click on the Cancel button.

PayPal requires you to cancel a subscription at least 1 day before the renewal date.

You subscribed by credit card

By subscribing by credit card, you have subscribed to an automatic renewal. In this case, contact the support by chat or by email (support@botcrypto.io). We will cancel your subscription as soon as possible.
